• are based, or have offices, in Godalming
• have a proper postal address

Also you must agree to the following:

• Only one listing is allowed for each organisation.
• Directory categories cannot be changed or added to.
• The Business Directory has its own rules - add your business
• Organisations must be willing to supply us with contact details (email addresses can be withheld from the website upon request - but will be used by us to contact you).
• Organisations must be willing to be contacted by us periodically to remind you to check the validity of your entry.
• Any details supplied will not be resold or passed on except to comply with UK and European laws.

The final decision on inclusion, or removal of any organisation rests with the Council, and the decision will be final.
