The Minutes of the Meeting held on 8 December 2011 were signed by the Chairman as a correct record.

297-11 PETITIONS/STATEMENTS/QUESTIONS FROM MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC

No petitions/statements/questions had been received from members of the public in accordance with Standing Order No 80.

298-11 DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL AND PREJUDICIAL INTERESTS

Councillor PJ Martin declared a personal & prejudicial interest in Agenda Item 5 Schedule Number 6 ( WA/2011/2058) on the grounds that his son owns a property at the site. Councillor PJ Martin left the Chamber when that agenda item was debated.

Councillor T Martin declared a personal & prejudicial interest in Agenda Item 5 Schedule Number 6 ( WA/2011/2058) on the grounds that he owns a property at the site. Councillor T Martin left the Chamber when that agenda item was debated.

Councillor JM Poulter declared a personal interest in Agenda Item 5 Schedule Number 6 ( WA/2011/2058) on the grounds that she knows one of the property owners at the site. Councillor JM Poulter remained in the Chamber when that agenda item was debated.

The comments and observations from the following Waverley Borough Councillors were preliminary ones prior to consideration at Borough Council level and were based on the evidence and representations to the Town Council.

The Committee considered the applications listed on the attached schedule and commented on them as shown in the third column.

The next meeting of the Planning & Environment Committee is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 26 January 2012 at 6.30 pm in the Council Chamber.
