Godalming Operatic Society will be performing Gilbert & Sullivan’s  “The Yeomen of the Guard” at The Borough Hall, Godalming, 16th to 20th February 2010.  Evening performances will commence at 7.30pm and there will be a Saturday Matinee starting at 2.30pm.

“The Yeomen of the Guard” is one of the most popular Gilbert & Sullivan operas; many regard the score as one of Sullivan’s finest. The colourful scarlet of the Yeomen, the songs, the plots and schemes, love, laughter and tragedy all make the perfect blend for a most enjoyable and exciting show.  Accompanied by a professional orchestra, towering performances can once again be expected from the talented cast.
