Local organisations

Borough Hall Bookings - Waverley Borough council own and operate this very large hall in the centre of Godalming, it has a cinema, stage and bar facilities are available. Very suitable for large functions such as wedding receptions.

Broadwater Park Community Centre - Community centre in Farncombe, a modern, well-maintaind building with adequate parking facilities. There are two halls, Large capacity 120, Small capacity 50, with kitchen facilities, a pleasant secure garden area with full disabled access and parking.

Circle Dance Group - International folk dances, no partner required. New dancers men or women welcome. Also day workshops. Pirrie Hall (Brook); weekly in three 10 week terms. St Catherines hall (Guildford); third Tuesday every month.

Godalming Music Festival - Annual competitive festival with classes for all ages in all aspects of the performing arts: piano, strings, wind, singing, choirs, speech, drama dance

Holloway Hill Sports Association - Local sports association happy to support local sports, managing a large pavillion and sports ground. (For bookings contact: Mrs Margaret Hogan)

Milford Sequence Dance Club - Milford Sequence Dance Club meets in Milford Village Hall on Wednesdays 8pm - 10.30pm. 2011/2012 season starts on 14 September 2011 and ends on 2 May 2012. New members, including beginners, always welcome. For more information please call Rita.

Morris Men Cup Hill - Keeping alive the tradition of English country dance and song, plus quaffing the odd pint of ale Scout Hut, Charterhouse Hill, Godalming

Morris Men Pilgrims - Performing dances from the Cotswold traditions. New members always welcome, beginners as well as experienced dancers or musicians. Holy Trinity Hall, Guildford High Street

Morris Women Fleur De Lys - A Friendly local side dancing traditional and new Morris. New dancers (female) and musicians welcome. September-May Tuesdays from 8.00pm-10.00pm at the Wilfrid Noyce Centre in Godalming.

Music For Youth - Non profit making organisation providing a wide variety of music in concerts for young people, mainly of primary school age (4-10). Ben Travers Theatre, Charterhouse

Wilfrid Noyce Community Centre - Located in the centre of town, has two halls and is adapted for disabled access. Very large public car park outside.
