The Godalming Bandstand is situated in the Phillips Memorial Park between the river Wey and St Peter and St Paul Church. The Bandstand was restored in 2005 by the GO Godalming Association, Godalming Rotary Club and Godalming Woolsack Rotary. A generous donation in memory of Mr Peter Hurst enabled a roof to be provided in 2009.  

The bandstand is used for Music in the Park every Sunday from May through to September and is available for hire at other times.
